Problems with shipping were addressed quickly.

Package was not shipped discretely so anyone that handles your package or if your children check the mail know exactly what it is along with the instructions on how to use it.

Easy process. Very informative.

Initially the presentation was good but the additional fees of 145 + the cost of the meds make the pricing non competitive. I canceled my subscription in June and advised that I no longer required the product. Days after they still billed me. I again canceled the subscription and medication and requested a refund. I never received a reply or call. Now again in July I am charged a subscription fee of 145.00. The customer service is pathetic in this regard. I am going to call my bank and have to request a charge back because I cannot get any support!

Received notice of a $400 refill and when I went to the website to cancel it they made it deliberately impossible by giving instructions that went round in circles 🤷 If this was a legitimate company they wouldn't have to hide the cancellation button!!

Very unfortunate but classic Bait & Switch tactics employed at ro. You don't get any actual information until you have given your credit card information to the company and they have charged you. I was quoted a medication in the $100s range and only after signing up, paying the initiation fee, and getting a lab test done, did I learn it would be in the upper $300s. Try hers, I have had much better customer service experiences and find them to have integrity. Once more, if you reach out for customer service they provide a bunch of babble about the estimation process - don't fall for it, don't give them your credit card information.

Super fast and easy. I got my medication in less than 4 days.

The easyness of getting a perscriprion. The support team is nice to have.
