The Ro Sparks product works very well. The price is a little high, in my opinion, but the product works well.

Ro is a great company with many great doctors and very helpful . They really try hard to get insurance to cover but also helpful with switching drugs if insurance denies . Even my doctor praised Ro !

I wish I could actually talk to someone so I could get my meds instead of paying for it and never being able to talk to anybody or receive the medication

This product helped me get back to some normalcy in my life after along time

I am so mad at myself for wasting the time and money on this company. I really wanted some personalized advice and help navigating doses and insurance coverage and they were so chaotic, with someone different replying every time. One time I randomly got pages and pages of template weight loss advice that any person who has ever spent one moment on the internet has already seen a million times. I truly thought it was an AI bot but apparently it was a nurse. Yikes!!! The one thing they did manage to accomplish was they got pre-authorization from my insurance for Zepbound pens, and then proceeded to send the rx to Walgreens while I was out of the country, who filled it, and then canceled it, all while I was still traveling. Please save your money and frustration and avoid this company.

The process so far has been very easy

the Weightloss program is a scam, They charge you $145 a month and that doesnt even include the medications. Then they took $45 upfront before I was even approved, to "run my insurance". To which they told me, they werent certain if I was covered. WELL thats why I paid $45 for them to find that information out. Then the dr was non responsive, so i cancelled the "membership", and My $45 inconclusive insurance check was non-refundable. Buyer BEWARE.
