One of the best services I've ever had the pleasure of using. Prescribed me the medication I needed, most responses were fast (one took three days but they still fixed the problem I had so no worries), and everyone involved was just so helpful. The experience made me want to use their service again in the future.

I'd have given Ro a 5 star review until my most recent interaction. I've been receiving GLP-1 meds for over a year. All was good. The last delivery was delayed for some reason - and arrived as hot as the day - well over 90 degrees. I reached out to learn if the meds they shipped, on ice and with instructions to keep refrigerated at all times could be replaced. I was told, in writing, go ahead and use them. It's ok, As long as I refrigerated them on arrival. At this point I'm beyond concerned. Has Ro ever handled meds with the care they need? Has Ro been overheating/adulterating/poorly handling meds this whole time? Has Ro been sending me meds that sat out in the sun for hours/days/weeks and simply put them on ice to fool me? Ro won't answer any of my questions so I'm answering for them. Ro is selling adulterated, deadly meds. Be Ware, Be Afraid and Be Informed.

Fast and east access to weight loss med. I was approved within a day and it was shipped and delivered 4 or 5 days later. The app is super easy to navigate and the doctors and customer service get back with you pretty quickly if you have any questions or concerns!

Website is horrible. Cannot select the preferred treatment as the site then tells me I cannot select it but provides no other option. That, and the $145 a month for nothing is really annoying. Way too expensive and crap service. Avoid like the plague.

They charged me an additional month less than 30 days after I started my subscription then refused to refund my money when I canceled that same day. Awful customer service! Update: after they replied to my review to “fix the issue” they never fixed the issue. Shocker!

Their process is flawless! I get check ins on a timely basis. Maybe a little slow but still within the SLA of up to 3 days. Very clear instructions. I found the medicine worked right away especially as I titrated up from 2.5 to 10.
