This company is a ripoff. I have canceled my member ship and canceled all orders. I receive a refund only to have the charges rebilled immediately. I have reported the company to the Colorado Attorney General for a fraud investigation. Use any other company but beware of these thieves. Although the company fraudulently charged my credit card for $606.06 they offered a $45 refund. I am currently pursuing a civil fraud claim and as noted this company has been reported to the Colorado Attorney General's Office. Do not do business with this company - there are legitimate on-line pharmacies that will not steal from you. Update 1/13/26 - still they have not refunded the charges. Update 1/15/26 - RO has still not refunded the fraudulent charges.

My experience with Ro was extremely disappointing. Pricing is not clearly disclosed during the sign-up process, and the flow appears designed to push users into a monthly subscription without fully informed consent. Within two hours of signing up, I realized what had happened and requested a refund. No meaningful services had been provided at that point, yet Ro refused to issue a refund and relied on a rigid internal policy instead of basic fairness. For a company operating in a healthcare-adjacent space, this behavior is troubling. Transparency and ethical billing should be non-negotiable. This experience significantly undermined my trust, and I would strongly caution others to be very careful before subscribing.

I was not aware of after the $199 for the medicine, they charged a $145 for membership fee total $345. When I had questions, it took a week for them to get back to me ( which is the reason for the membership). I switched to a different provider $159 a month no hidden fees.

The process was very easy. I was able to get the help I needed. I was setup on a video chat with a provider the next day! Once I was approved, my prescription was in the process of being shipped that same day.

I started with RO because their website stated it was $45 for the first month and $145/month thereafter. I could not find anything that gave any other cost. After paying that $45, I was finally granted access to all the support questions on their website. That's when I found out that the price is actually $145/month, plus the cost of the medication, and it still doesn't specify what that medication will cost. So who knows how much it is? This is more expensive, and potentially extremely more expensive, than other sites. And other sites are more open and honest before you sign up about what the cost will be. I have asked for my money to be returned, but while they were eager to instantly take my money, they responded with a message saying it would take 3 days for them to decide to return or not.
