I’m just starting and the process was hassle free but after reading all the comments I never saw one where anyone commented on their weight loss. Not that concerns me

I had heard good things about the company. I was able to go on and get the information I needed in order to make an informed decision. I then was able to order the product I selected, while using my insurance.

I was very disappointed with this company. I made it through to where I was getting the medication ordered and surprise it’s going to be $300 a month because there is a monthly membership fee on top of the medication. Not as advertised. Ridiculous.

Deceptive and misleading prices advertised. Seems like you can get certain medication for a certain price (I was looking at $145), but was eventually told the "...yes, the total monthly cost would be much higher than $145/monthly.", a direct quote from customer service after I reached out about this. They are very quick to respond to take your money, but took over a day to respond to my requests for a redund.

I have just begun my relationship with Ro, but I have been very pleased with the entire process. All of my questions are readily answered straightforwardly. The items arrived quickly and in perfect condition. It was very simply to begin using the product, as they offer numerous videos for safe usage.
