Failed to ship my drugs on time two months in a row. Then, they knew over the weekend that the shipment had gotten screwed up and still failed to prioritize my order when they re-opened on Monday or Tuesday to get me my medication on time and I ended up getting off schedule for my medication which was super stressful. DO NOT TRUST ro.co with your health.

I decided to look into RO because I had gained a significant amount of weight during perimenopause. Along with the weight gain came constant hunger and my sleep apnea started acting up again, including loud snoring and feeling exhausted all the time. I wanted to address the root of the problem, not just the symptoms, which is what led me to explore GLP-1 medication. So far, my experience with RO has been positive. The process of getting evaluated and prescribed was very easy and straightforward, and everything was explained clearly. I appreciated that they offer Lilly-manufactured medication, which is FDA-approved, as that made me feel more confident in my decision. I just placed my order today and haven’t received the medication yet, so I can’t speak to results at this point. However, based on how smooth and accessible the process has been so far, I’m satisfied and hopeful moving forward.

Misleading . I signed up paying $45. Then was told I would not be receiving one of the known meds, but a medication NOT FDA approved. On top of that the medication had to have a needle put on and was a different dosage method, plus the dosage had to be measured out. PLUS, it was to cost $199 additional. I immediately cancelled within 30 minutes. They say I still have to pay the membership cost. What a scam.
