Bait and switch
I signed up today, wrongly believing that I’d be receiving GLP-1 Wegovy pills for $150/month and $50 for month #1. After paying with CC, and logging in to provide additional medical information requested, I was given only 1 option to select from, for an additional $250 or $350 per month. For injectable version. It was at this point that I realized that I had been deceived or scammed. At no time during the sign-up process was I told that the charge was for a “membership”, and not medication. I then looked at reviews from others. Others too were deceived. I made the mistake of not checking reviews in advance. I cancelled “membership” today, just a few hours after registering. I will also pcontact my Visa customer service to reverse charges. Maximum charge allowed for Wegovy pills is $150, which was why I initially thought this was legitimate. I was just now notified by Ro.Co that the “membership fee” that I paid a few hours ago will not be refunded.

Hi there, we’re sorry to hear about your experience. The $45 enrollment fee covers your initial provider consultation and assistance with insurance, while the $145 monthly membership covers ongoing medical support and care management. Medication costs are separate and will depend on if you use your personal insurance. We do aim to offer transparent pricing and more information about the overall cost of the Body membership on our website here: ro.co/weight-loss/pricing/ - we'll send you a request for more information to see how we can assist further!
