Such a simple process

I mistakenly ordered the wrong dose of my medication and immediately reached out to Ro to change my medication since it had not been processed or shipped yet. I used the communication links to make the modification requests. This was within 45 minutes of my order. I still have not heard back. I read that if I cancelled my order, there would not be a refund, even on such short notice. Such bad customer service.

Super fast, attentive and safe. I thought I was going to wait longer. And in only 3 days I even have the order to withdraw my medicine. Thank you!

I canceled and am still getting billed. Also the product did nothing for me. I feel that I was completely ripped off.

Pretty scammy. They sell you on this $39 to "get started" but its really $149 "membership" after the first month PLUS PLUS!! the cost of the medication which they don't tell you up front, but they want your credit card number without telling you how much its going to be. How is that even legal???? If it IS legal, it probably shouldn't be.

I used Ro for nearly four months, and my experience was deeply disappointing from start to finish. First, the pricing model is a mess. It wasn't just a one-time jump—it felt like a consistent series of price increases month after month. You're constantly paying more, yet there is zero added value, better support, or improved service to show for it. It just feels like a subscription trap designed to squeeze more money out of you over time. Second—and most importantly—the actual results were nonexistent. After four solid months of sticking with the regimen and paying inflated prices, I saw zero progress. You expect a company charging these kinds of recurring rates to deliver real, measurable outcomes, but Ro completely failed to deliver. Save your money and go elsewhere. Between the relentless price hikes and the total lack of results, this was a massive waste of time and effort.

Excellent service. I really liked that I was asked extensive research questions regarding my medical history. The doctor that reviewed my medical questions and concerns was very knowledgeable. I got my GLP-1s within 5 days of starting my application and the directions were very clear. I am really happy with Ro.
