After having to rely on AI customer service, my final request was to delay my first shipment but keep my $$$ so I wouldn’t need to go through the lengthy approval process again. Next thing I know my account is being closed and my $$$ refunded. WTH?

I’m using RO because TrimRX had a price with a pressure timer for a special price. I hate those pressure sales. When I let the timer expire, I kept checking back and getting different prices. RO was pressure free and I don’t think it could have been any easier! The price is way cheaper than TrimRX! I was approved within a few minutes! If you’re going down a weight loss journey using a GLP-1, I would highly recommend using RO!

Extremely easy to complete questions. Price is still high but lowest of all others I checked. Quick responses. Disappointed that I had to pay entire year up front. Not good business in my mind.
