I found out after I placed my order that I also signed up to pay $159 a month “membership fee” in addition to the cost of the medication. I would’ve never bought into Ro had I known this.
Response from RoOct 14, 2026
Hi Barbara! I apologize if there was any confusion with our pricing. Medication costs are separate from the Ro Body Membership fee. We provide a full breakdown of these costs during the online visit so patients can review the pricing and terms before agreeing and submitting their visit. I'll drop a link to our website to help clarify any confusion over pricing and/or membership fees: https://ro.co/weight-loss/pricing/ If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to reach out to [email protected] and we'd be happy to assist!
