So far I’m pleased with Ro .. this is my 1st month starting Wegovy very detailed instructions and updates when shipped

I had a horrible experience with this company. I signed up it said $39 for the first month then $149 a month after. I was charged twice in one month. I understood the medicine was an additional fee but was told it would be covered on my insurance with the prior authorization you did and would be $25 with my co pay. First month was $25. Second month was $299. Third month was $369. Needless to say this company is a complete rip off! Also says you pay a membership fee to speak with coaches blah blah but there is absolutely no way to chat with anyone on the site. I went with compound glp1 through a different provider and has been absolutely wonderful. Was $299 for a 3 month supply and NO membership fees and honestly the medicine seems to work better than the zepbound pens. And they actually have a way to speak to someone! So do yourself a favor and look on Reddit for a good provider with compound and save yourself a ton of money and frustration!

Great customer care. It was very thorough. I checked prices of most other companies and it seems to be right in line are cheaper. Messaging was frequent and you always could find what you were looking for.

They initially charged me $39 for my first order, then they came back and charged another $199, so Its really no discount as they advertise on television

It was a easy step too get help when you need it the most. Not having too wait 3till 6 months too see a doctor.

After several readings, I'm still unsure of the cost. What will I be paying per month after my initial discount? Because of this, I hesitated a few times after filling out the endless medications/supplements list. Also, would be nice if you saved the list so that I didn't have to do it over and over again.

My brother told me to order through ro. It took me a few minutes but it was easy and much faster than going to the doctor. Thank you
