Cite was pretty easy to order from. iPhone may have made it somewhat difficult to make financing order vs computer, but I figured it out after a few minutes of playing around with accepting disclosures and figuring out e-signaute. Overall, fairly easy online process and solid online deals with quality service.

Melinda from Ginsberg Jewelry in Cedar Rapids, Iowa made this experience wonderful. She helped me navigate the sight and find exactly what I wanted. I know my girlfriend will love this ring and will be able to enjoy it for the rest of our life. I am so excited, I can't wait to see it in person!

They did side by side comparison of the Diamond reports if was seeing in store. I found a better quality of the same carat and a setting for less. I am completely satisfied.

Love my diamond stud the only mishaps were the backs weren’t screw backs and I almost lost one of them on Day 2. But they did agree to send another back ASAP. So customer service is great as well as quality of the diamonds.

Website felt a little hard to navigate. I couldn't search for individual diamonds. The link I was given in an email after I purchased a diamond never worked so I couldn't verify which one it was. Besides that, the prices are really good and email correspondence was fast and helpful.
