RitaniReviews of ritani.com

I really appreciate to Silvia R, Gemologist, Engagement Specialist. Thanks for her kindness and professionalism. 5 stars super excellent.

Ordering through Ritani was great. I had questions about whether their diamonds were "enhanced" AKA laser drilled to remove impurities and their customer service reps got back quickly letting me know they are not. I opted to get a lab diamond because it's just that much less taxing on the environment and cheaper with lots of options. All the other diamond stores in the area claimed I would be getting a "Fake Diamond" don't listen to those losers - diamonds are diamonds whether you mine them or grow them. Just to prove it I had the jeweler I had set the diamond test it to make sure - YEP 100% diamond. Customer service was also able to send picture and video even if not available on their website. Very pleased. Thanks Ritani!

I’ve had an amazing experience by Ritani Customer Service. They made it seamless and delivered on their promises. I’m 100% satisfied with my purchase

Great service! Also, clear pricing. Very happy with the entire process. Even Financing was quick and easy

From A to Z. Ritani Always exceeds my expectations. Great work.

I ordered a ring online and it wasn't as described, looked nothing like the picture. I was disappointed, expected more for the money.

Professional, prompt and pleasant customer service
