My experience with Ritani was outstanding from beginning to end. After extensive comparison shopping, I purchased my wife a 4.02-carat round lab-grown diamond graded F color, VVS1 clarity and Ideal cut by IGI, mounted in Ritani’s Quinn six-prong 2 mm platinum solitaire setting. The finished ring is spectacular. One of Ritani’s greatest strengths is its website. It was easy to navigate, provided an enormous selection of both natural and laboratory-grown diamonds, and allowed me to compare specifications and prices much more easily than many competing online jewelers. I felt the diamond I selected represented exceptional “bang for the buck” relative to many comparable four-carat stones I found elsewhere. Ritani’s communication throughout production was equally impressive. Their online tracking page showed the ring progressing through diamond sourcing, gemological inspection, casting, polishing, diamond setting, quality assurance and shipping. Email updates accompanied the process, and the finished ring arrived one day earlier than the original estimated delivery date. Customer service deserves special recognition. Danica C. was extraordinarily pleasant and helpful. Questions sent to Ritani customer service were answered extremely quickly—often almost immediately—which gave me great confidence making an important purchase online. I also had the finished ring independently checked by a reputable local jeweler. Without being told the IGI number in advance, he quickly located the microscopic girdle inscription and confirmed that it matched the certificate. He then inspected the six-prong setting and confirmed that the diamond was straight and very securely seated. Ritani exceeded my expectations in selection, pricing, craftsmanship, communication and customer service. Five stars and a very strong recommendation.

I can’t say enough good things about Whitney at Ritani. We ordered a ring and loved it overall, but my wife wasn’t quite sold on the rose gold and the marquise diamonds. Whitney spent a couple hours on the phone with my wife, no rush, no pressure, and they worked out a new design together that my wife is genuinely excited to get. I basically just got out of the way and let the two of them figure it out. Whitney handled everything like a true professional. There wasn’t a single moment in any of our conversations that felt awkward or businesslike, it was more like talking to a friend who happened to know everything about diamonds. On top of all that, the pricing was fair and honest the whole way through, no upselling, no games. Ritani is lucky to have her. If we buy another piece, it’ll be through Ritani, with Whitney, no question.

I ordered a 5 stone 2 ctw emerald cut ring in platinum. The ring is beautiful and has an incredible amount of sparkle to it. Communication was ok during order process but didn’t find out that the order was delayed until the day it was due to ship. It took about an extra 10 days beyond original estimate but was worth the wait. Ring seems to be good quality and I would probably purchase from them again.

I have used this company 3+ times in the last 2 years. Each order has been white glove service. My latest is a beautiful diamond ring for my 15 year anniversary. Beyond happy with the experience overall. Last year I bought 2ct diamond earrings for an amazing price in comparison to the competition. I am a researcher and believe me, Ritani is the best. Also, I did order a few other things that I ended up sending back and got refunded with no issues. I’ll continue buying my jewelry from them as long as it continues to be fairly priced and top notch service.
