I bought 6 towels and a bathrobe from Riley. The bathrobe pills and sheds really badly, and the hem on one of the towels has unraveled. They advertise it as "Gold Standard of Quality"? Not even close.

I regret ordering from Riley Home. The quality did not match the premium price, and when I contacted customer support about the issue, getting help was almost impossible. Responses were slow, and no real solution was offered. For a company that markets itself as high-end, I expected much better service and products. I won't be buying from them again.

Bought the linen and it washes very well definitely recommend and will buy in future and received my order very fast, highly recommend.

Terrible quality Do not buy this! I've bought so many white sheet sets and duvet inserts- bought this colored duvet cover, washed it, and now it's different colors throughout. They refuse to do anything because it's "outside of their return window". This is obviously a defect. Don't waste your money!"

Riley home is truly the rolls Royce of bedding and towels. High end quality and truly amazing feel on the skin. Would highly recommend to friends and family
