People don't seem to understand the fact that we are, and HAVE BEEN in the middle of a pandemic since March. All the recent 1-star reviews should be taken with a grain of salt unless a REAL issue was brought up in them. I've made about 4 or 5 separate purchases from RightStuf since discovering them in April, and my experiences have all been wonderful. Everything was always packaged with care and shipped out within a reasonable timeframe. I'm waiting on only one volume of manga that I purchased a while ago, but I'm not all that worried about it, because the staff have made sure to ship out whichever volumes have come into their stock since I ordered them, adding them into any additional orders I make after them. I have faith that what I buy will be in my hands soon. And even if it isn't, I kept in mind that, once again, WE HAVE BEEN IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC. These employees are not your slaves to berate and tear down during this time. They make sure they're getting you ungrateful weebs your orders as fast as they can and to the best of their abilities. They can't control the mail. They can't control a deadly virus. Neither can you. However, what you can control is acting like a decent human being. The staff at RightStuf have been wonderful, and I'm grateful I happened across their website a few months back. Through them, I was able to fall back into love with anime and manga, and my life has been happier since. Be compassionate during this time to the people you are aimlessly trying to tear down by leaving an aggravated 1-star review. Think about how your words would feel if it were *you* receiving them. ANYWAY. RightStuf is pretty alright in my book, and I'll 100% be ordering from them more in the future! :) Thanks!

I have been ordering from Rightstuf for a few years now, and I have always been impressed by their level of service. They always pack my items professionally and with care, and are extremely good with communication regarding delays of products. I know they are a small dedicated team of people, who genuinely care about their products and their commitment to quality. I have been very heartbroken by the amount of negative reviews from other customers in regards to their items shipped late or being delayed, and seeing the responses by the team explaining over and over that the delays are due to the covid-19 pandemic and them working with a reduced staff to try to stay healthy and safe. The VP of Rightstuf has sent out multiple emails regarding how their staff is working overtime to ship out items as fast as possible, and that they cannot control delays by publishers due to the ongoing Covid-19, and has been asking for kindness to her staff. At a time when they are trying their best with a situation outside their control, I would hope that more people are compassionate and understanding for a small hardworking team. Thank you for your hard work, and I will continue to support your business.

I have made multiple orders with RSA throughout the last two months, both within and without their Birthday Sale. Occasionally some of the products I order have been backordered due to the high demand and shipping delays due to COVID-19. However, every item I have received so far over the past two months has arrived to me in perfect condition, having been packaged with care. I'm genuinely proud to have spent my money with this company as opposed to others I could have chosen. The one time I spoke to customer service (simply to leave a comment with them), they replied to me politely and within a good time frame. I will continue to do business with RSA.

What a terrible company, I bought the right stuff exclusive demon slayer part 1 and the item arrived damaged the care taken when shipping is one of the worst I have see they just fling it in a box with some paper l. Given they don't pay return fees or custom shipping it's not worth the price to send back for new one. Also they hide there 1 star reviews on there site I put up a negative review on the first day I received item and it still doesn't show up but all the 5 star reviews seem to be showing up weeks after I posted mine. Avoid this terrible company and buy else were. Edit after reply. Are you kidding me the box set it comes in is one of the reasons you actually but the limited edition box sets. the package it came is was flimsy and the box inside was was sliding in the box it came in. i have ordered many things from you and NO you do not take care in your packaging given this was an expensive item you would thing you would have taken extra care when packaging it but you did not. the whole point is to show our box sets on the shelf and the dent in the corner is extremely noticeable so and i was not told at all about filing a claim just that i had to pay return fees and considering i am in the UK it was too expensive so i sold it at a huge loss. just means i will not but any more from your site. I had no issues at all. They shipped my order after 2 workdays and I received it in perfect condition within a business week (it was shipped from the US to Germany). I'd recommend them anytime.

first time user and its been two months and it hasn't even shipped

I've been a Rightstuf customer for a while now, and I have usually had great experiences when shopping here. As of late however, any time I ask CS about combining shipments, so I can have things sent a bit sooner I just get a no sorry... RS use to actually care about customers and help out with things like this, now I'm stuck between waiting for my order (an unknown time) or canceling and just getting it else where. I under stand times have been a bit difficult, but it's not just for them, going the tiny bit extra to simply combine 1 item with an order would be a huge help and they won't even try. In response to the reply. I waited a full week with NO response, and was than told i was out of the 3 day modification window. I like many others understand COVID19 is slowing many things down. How ever a full week to aknowledge an email, then telling the customer sorry its to long after the order has been placed Are you seriously going to make such assumptions about your customers? "we are far more disappointed that people can’t seem to remember..." This attitude is exactly what I mean by falling service, a simple we are sorry it took an extend amount of time would suffice without making me even less likely to order again.

Bought a collectors edition steelbook from them and it came looking like someone took a crowbar to it
