Love them! Very happy with my purchases as I had a smooth experience. Ordered three times from them for the first time around their black friday sale on Nov and my first two orders have already been delivered in a week’s time. Everything was packaged really nicely and their live chat has been super helpful! Will order more from them in the future.

Very efficient service. However, Stop sending me emails filled with ads!

I recently received a shipment of 16 volumes of manga and was very impressed by how well it was packaged! Everything was secured, and there were no bent corners or dented spines. My order was placed in October and took about seven months to ship while waiting for all the volumes to come back in stock, so I was pleased that it was all handled with care.

I loooove this website they give me my order really fast and the price is good +if I have an issue they will help me fast 🖤🖤

I recently attended Anime Detour in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Right Stuf Anime had a booth at the convention with tons of merchandise, grab bags, manga, figures, etc. I ended up purchasing a figure from their booth (paid in cash). When I got home and opened the figure, I was disappointed to find a few manufacturer defects. I contacted Right Stuf Anime support and explained my situation, noting I did not have a receipt of purchase, as I paid in cash. Right Stuf support was able to corroborate my story, and worked with me to get a replacement figure. Right Stuf emailed me a return label, I sent the figure back, and as soon as the figure arrived at the return station, Right Stuf shipped a replacement figure back to me with priority shipping. The replacement figure looks great and has no defects. I worked with Jake in customer support. Jake was professional, responded quickly, and helped me resolve my issue. Excellent customer service. Thank you!

I always go to them first for my anime needs. After buying many products from them I feel compelled to leave this review. They have a great selection and will often have competitive pricing as well. Their shipping is prompt and they always make sure the packaging will protect the products. Go to them over any others.

Every time I've boughten from RightStuf the manga has always been in perfect condition, and if I ever need to change anything, the customer support is always very helpful.

Favorite good's website. Packaging always above and beyond for product safety during shipping. Far surpasses any other site I've used for books. No more worrying about bent/lightly torn pages.
