Right Stuf AnimeReviews of rightstufanime.com

For the past five years Right Stuf Anime has been my go-to-place for anime. It isn't just that they have wonderful sales and access to a ginormous catalog of different anime, manga, and connected paraphernalia but those things are a huge plus. It's the way they go about their services. They make sure to take care when packaging materials, so when your order arrives it is in perfect condition. They get the materials out fast and reliably. However the biggest reason is the customer service. Each time I've had a question and called the hotline number, they have been pleasant, informative, helpful and wonderful. They answered my questions, helped me, and were great about it. They even made me laugh. I have always been left smiling when dealing with Right Stuf Anime. I am sure you will be as well.

I’ve been doing business with Right Stuf Anime for many years now and have always been impressed by their commitment to quality and their customers. Their orders are carefully and professionally packaged to protect their contents and ensure your items are delivered in the best condition; I’ve rarely had any issue with an order upon receipt. Even when I have had a problem though, their amazing employees have always stepped up to ensure the issue is resolved and that they deliver a quality customer service experience. My personal interactions with the staff at Right Stuf has shown me that they genuinely care about their customers. I know that I can rely on the Right Stuf staff to deliver excellent service even in difficult situations. I have enjoyed doing business with them and will continue to order from them in the future.

I’m pretty sure I’ve been ordering from them for over 20 years now, since I know I got catalogs at the house I haven’t lived at since I graduated high school in 1999, and they’ve always been fantastic. They have frequent sales, send out a really nice catalog, and they pack things really nicely too. I don’t usually say much about this because it gets to me and I don’t think about it much, but they’ve been great for as long as I can remember. It’s rare that I’ve had to contact them, but they’ve been super nice when I have. If I want to buy anime or manga, I usually check them before anyone else.

I have used Right Stuf Anime almost exclusively for my Anime and manga purchases. While they aren't as fast as Amazon, they more than make up for it with consistent quality service, low prices, and an honest understanding for their customers. What sets them apart from other anime vendors is that more than any other seller, they feel like an actual group of people and their love for what they do shines through. There have been many negative reviews about their service that is entirely due to COVID-19's effect on them, but they have been very open and genuine about their struggles and what they are doing to continue serving their customers.

I've have shopped with RightStuf over the past seven years and have always had excellent service both in normal operations and when issues have arisen. They have always been professional and have a sense of humor, which is rare for online businesses who have 'dehumanized' their approach to customer services. I hope they continue to offer their best in all they do and keep safe during these troubled times.

I have been a customer of Right Stuf for years, and they always provide not only excellent prices, deals, and service, but a family atmosphere that is missing from most businesses these days. Even during this pandemic, and with a huge month long sale, I have not seen delays in shipping of more than a few days - most of which was delays from distributors and carriers after packages had left their hands - which is incredible, especially with reduced staff for safety. They truly do their best to give their customers the best experience possible, and reply promptly to any cases that are filed. I recommend Right Stuf for all anime related needs.

We've been using Rightstuf for over a decade. They have great rotating sales by publisher, amazing holiday sales and great licensing. They take great care in packaging their items. Even if the outside box is damaged, the contents inside are protected. Customer service has always been quick to find a solution. Thank you for all that you do. This is seriously the best site for your anime and manga needs. :)

I buy HUNDREDS of items per year from Right Stuf Anime, mostly manga. I have been buying from Right Stuf Anime for years and I have never had anything but top-notch service from them. The packaging has always been excellent! I have gotten only two things damaged in the last 10+ years and that was quickly rectified both times (if the gorilla in the shipping company wants to break it, it WILL break. Meh, probably no one remembers Samsonite commercials). The speed of shipping is entirely your choice. You want it free, it comes slower. My experience is that it has never taken longer than 7 days to get with free shipping. You want it faster, if those couple of days sooner to receive it are SO important, then be prepared to pay for it. I've seen such low reviews down below and I KNOW that isn't the norm by any stretch of the imagination. No, I am not affiliated with Right Stuf in any way and don't know anyone that works there. I am an incredibly happy customer that would rather spend my money with a small company than a MegaCorp. Every interaction with the people there that I have had has been completely unlike anything I've had to deal with when calling Amazon or the like. And these days, TEMPORARILY, things are slower, off schedule, and even shipping is slower in this current Covid environment. A little understanding and patience is called for. For me, Right Stuf Anime is my go-to place!
