Though I'm relatively knew to RightStuf, they've quickly become my new preferred place to buy manga (and now statues) from! Their deals are amazing and it's not that difficult to reach the free shipping minimum if you're a big time collector. There's always a coupon that can be used plus their customer service is very helpful and understanding! Most of all I appreciate how transparent they are in these difficult times. Giving updates to how they're operating due to COVID and if setbacks should be expected due to freak weather conditions knocking out power ect. Though it may take some time to receive your order, it's always worth the wait. I'd personally happily wait however long I need to if it means free shipping and amazing discounts on what I've ordered!

My wife and I have been customers of Right Stuf for at least 5 years and Got Anime members for going on 2 years. By far they are my favorite place to buy anime and manga, with unbeatable prices and spot-on recommendations... they put Amazon to shame with their recommendations. They know exactly what my wife and I like, and have even gotten my furry son’s likes right on the dot. Supporting small businesses is great, but even better when they always exceed expectations. Even during Covid-19, they have managed to exceed our expectations. And one more thing, they are so efficient with packing orders the packages are nearly indestructible. The only other retailer that measures up is Chewy. Edit 12/20/2020: Yes, you read that right. My wife, cat, and I have been huge fans of Right Stuf for years now and "Got Anime" members for at least 2 years. The membership more than pays for itself and their deals on manga and anime are the best, well worth the extra time to get to me. Also, unlike other retailers, they actually make recommendations I am interested in watching instead of assuming that because I like anime, I like all anime. Now about their number 1 Feline fan in Tennessee. My cat (furry son) Yuki loves how well they pack our orders because it means more boxes for him to play with upon their arrival. Never has a box arrived damaged or torn so he gets maximum enjoyment and sits time upon their arrival. Only Chewy boxes are superior in his eyes, but they don't sell anime or manga, they send stuff especially for him. However, Yuki is not without his favorite animes. He is a huge fan of "My Roommate is a Cat" and The "Rising of the Shield Hero". The former of which was one of his very first ever Chanukkah gifts and the very first anime he watched after we adopted him.

Right Stuf Anime has been my primary go-to for anime, manga, light-novel, and many other Otaku purchases for almost 10 years, and continues to excel in providing very reasonably priced products, with excellent customer service, and a great shipping operation. The ability to pre-order new releases at a discount, months before they are on the market, and actually receive them before they are available and fulfilled in other channels is a great way to save money and get the goods quickly, with information available on the site, it is easy to identify purchases and plan for future releases. The shipping department does a great job packing the goods shipped, with dilligence and care, and given the nature of shipper handling, I have only experience a single issue, caused by misshandling from the premium shipper, and that was resolved with customer service after providing proof of shipping damage and a return of the material. This is also important, because I generally stick to using USPS, and given all the challenges they (USPS) face, shipments often look worse on the outside, while the product is pristine and well protected inside. Right Stuf Anime is also a key fulfillment partner for at least one major IP holder in the U.S., and does an excellent job fulfilling those orders too. Given the current challenges with COVID-19 impact to actual product availability from the manufacturers and creators, plus the challenges with the business and personnel requirements a safe operation imposes, Right Stuf Anime has done an great job informing on the situation, and has not failed to perform. Given the overall impact to the Anime, Manga, and Light Novel availability, this has been a very positive result, with material arriving. In all of my calls with Customer Service, I've received efficient and courteous support for my problem, and suitable resolutions given the situation. I look forward to continuing to purchase my anime, manga, light novel, and other Otaku materials from Right Stuf Anime for many years to come.

I have been ordering from Rightstuf for about, I'd say, 10 years now. I have never had an actual issue with the company itself. The mail carriers are what caused my issues. I love using Rightstuf for ordering, my collection which is well over 300+ shows strong, have come from there and hopefully will continue to do so. I don't really see why so many people write hateful reviews about them or simply rate them badly. I recommend Rightstuf to all of my anime loving friends. And as far as all this Covid-19 nonsense is concerned, people need to understand the WHOLE world is affected, not just their own little personal bubble.

Customer service has always been prompt and courteous with a reply usually within 24 to 36 hours. Now with the on going public health crisis, I understand the recent increase in wait times. I am fully supportive of RSA efforts to maintain a safe working environment for its employees while maintaining quality service. I must say it’s shipping department is second to none in my experience. All items are carefully wrapped and packaged is such a way so as to minimize damage. Tried amazon once...the item was just thrown in a box about 10 times bigger than the item with just two small pieces of wrapping paper. It literally tumbled inside the shipping box. Will never do amazon again. Right Stuf Anime all the way!

This is one of the better companies to order from. They are a small yet very reliable place to get your anime needs from. If you sign up for their mailing list you'll normally get updates on some insane deals they have going on. Like the other day they had complete seasons of different anime for around 8 bucks. If you think that's not good enough then they also had some older movies on DVD for around a dollar. You honestly can't ask for much more than that. Not sure how they even make a profit to be honest. They even have some more adult options if you're into that. The staff is very kind and responsive. I recently recieved an email stating some customers had been rude to their staff over things that are out of their hands like shipping delays due to covid. I wrote offering my gratitude and thanks to lift their spirits. Even got a kind reply saying that everyone really enjoyed my letter. That made me feel pretty good I was able to bring a smile to their faces. Anyway, give them a chance. They are legit and budget friendly!

I have been a Rightstuf customer for years. Their prices are not only the lowest in the industry, but their free shipping threshold is very easy to hit. Not to mention the few times I had to reach out to their customer service they were very helpful. Their packing is also significantly better than Amazon. I can think of very few reasons not to use them.

I've been shopping with Right Stuf since I was a tween using their paper catalog and they're my main supplier of anime/manga. Everyone is always so sweet, shipping is always fast (and they try to bundle everything together which I appreciate since it has less of an impact on the environment that way!) and they have plenty of deals and savings to ease the strain on your wallet. I also love that I don't have to pay sales tax since I live out of their state, so I'm able to squeak in a few more volumes of manga I otherwise wouldn't be able to so I can get that sweet, sweet free shipping. I honestly can't praise this organization enough. My friends and I always shop here anytime we need anime/manga--the only exception being if it's an out of print title we're getting from a second-hand store, or buying things directly from dealers at cons. The few times I've had to call about some issue (usually user error on my part, where I didn't realize I ordered the wrong version of something until after confirming everything was correct) I just can't help but smile and be put in such a great mood at the sound of Captain Tylor's voice message. Everyone I've ever talked to/emailed regarding issues has been so sweet and so helpful. It truly feels like a place run by and for fans, and it just warms my heart in a way that's probably very dorky but is very sincere. I don't know anyone that's ever had a single bad experience ordering from Right Stuf.
