Best place to buy anime and manga. I wish I found them long ago. Great prices for new manga, my orders are always right and safely packed and the widest selection I've ever seen. The staff do their best to make customers happy. Oh and if they're out of stock you can buy an item and reserve it for when it comes in!

I had purchased a bundle of manga from the site but the first time the order didn’t go through, so I decided to order it again and had to wait to see if the order went through. That’s when I decided to contact customer support to cancel the order since I ordered the same manga from amazon and hadn’t gotten a response yet and after I saw the item had been shipped they emailed me saying they can’t refund since the item has already been shipped. I issued a return and I had to pay $18 OUT OF POCKET, to return 5 mangas and was already out $20. Their return policy is the worst thing about the company so I recommend ordering somewhere else if you are worried you won’t like a product since if you order 1 manga book for $10 you’d be loosing more for not keeping it adding up the total to $18 lost. Not worth ordering from this site!

Hi Fisherman, We are a little confused by your statements. You should have received an order confirmation within minutes of submitting the order if you gave us a valid email address. As for not receiving responses we are working with reduced staff and heavier volumes due to the pandemic, so you should have received a response, but if your expectations were an immediate response, then we apologize we are simply not in a position to provide immediate responses. Our returns policy is available on the website and our representatives should have recommended returning it media mail, but $18 would indicate that you most likely it sent it 1st class or priority which would not have been something we could have controlled. We all make mistakes sometimes, so if you would like me to review your situation, please provide an order number and I will be more than happy to do so. Best Wishes

Very poor experience. What’s odd is that I made a purchase in June at the height of Covid-19 panic and got my first order in quick time. Then I made another purchase the next month, but that one was held up, so I cancelled it. Come August I make another purchase maybe thinking that the lack of prompt fulfillment time was a fluke. I even waited 10 business days, my order was still not shipped. For items that were in stock they sure take a while to ship; that leads me to believe that they never really had the stock they claimed or something on my order was holding everything back. Well I cancelled my order. My confidence in right stuf has been eroded. Here’s hoping that $300+ statue order will come through, guess I’ll find out in February 2021.

Hi Dan, We reviewed your account and there are a few more details to your situation. Your April and June orders you had checked out with PayPal. The order you are referencing you cancelled was placed on 07/12/20, however this time you checkout using a credit card. When our system went to process your order the night of 07/12/20 your card was flagged as needing some additional information. We emailed you on 07/14/20 asking you to contact us for the additional information. We take credit card security very seriously here at RSA, however when you had not contacted us by 07/21/20 the system cancelled your order. Our system would have sent you a cancellation email on 07/21/20, which one of customer service representatives advised you in your support case on 07/22/20. PayPal and Sezzle have their own security rules, so utilizing them doesn't require us to do additional review unless they notify us there is a problem, however our credit card security protocol requires a number of items to match exactly and when they don't we hold the order until we speak with the card holder. This reduces the risk of stolen cards being utilized. While we understand your frustration with the cancelled order, it had nothing to do with product not being in-stock or our untimely shipping it was about protecting your credit card data. Your Figure order will ship as soon as the figure arrives in 2021 as you did not utilize a credit card on this order. However, it is important to know that figures are often delayed for one reason or another, so we recommend checking the item on the site from time to time to see if the release date has been moved. We hope you and yours are remaining safe and healthy.

This company kicks so much A$$. Yeah, they run and sale, and it sells out before I can get it but, that's not their fault. That just means the prices are great. Yeah, sometimes they forget a piece in shipping but, with as much as they do, and as many people as they serve, it's bound to happen. The thing is, they make it right. They bust their balls to get you your order in a timely manner. Always great customer service. Always packed safe and sturdy. Great job, folks! :)

I've been buying from Right Stuf for a few years now and I've been very impressed with the quality of service I've received there. I do a lot of mail ordering and most major retailers I buy from have very sloppy packaging and low standards. They typically have a couple of box sizes for shipping and will force orders to fit what is available, often times leaving a lot of empty space for the items to bang around inside. Everything I've ordered from Right Stuf has been carefully packaged with attention made to secure all the contents and protect them from being harmed during transport. That alone would be reason for me to buy from them instead of a place like Amazon but they also have good prices and very good specials. As I live in Canada they do have a minimum order amount that allows for free shipping. They ship by Fed-Ex and the shipping times are very fast, usually my order arrives within a week of shipment. Much faster than orders I've made within Canada. The few times I've been in contact with customer service they have been friendly and helpful. It's about the best you can ask for from an online retailer.

On the rare occasion there is a problem, Right Stuf's customer folks have given me timely responses, and made things "right". Even with the COVID-19 excitement, Right Stuf has been doing their best which has been excellent in my experience.

These guys are great! Despite all the problems of dealing with COVID-19 they still manage to fill and ship my orders in a reasonable time. They keep me informed of any delays and also why it's delayed. A lot of the delays are not their fault. If they're out of stock, then they're out of stock. They'll ship when restocked.
