Things have been tough this year as many manufactuers have shut-down and everything is understandably running behind. The company has been transparent in all their emails and immeditely notfies me of any delays. The items I do reguarly recieve from them are extremely well packagwd to the point where Lush is the only comparible company.

I wouldn’t get manga anywhere else. The prices are excellent and the selection is extensive. I also really appreciate the care taken to package and ship products- it is the best I’ve ever experienced when purchasing books. Plus the rotating sales make it extra affordable to find the products you’re looking for at an even deeper discount. Shipping is slow at the moment and stock can be limited with everything happening in the world but that’s completely understandable and something that just requires a little patience. I adore Right Stuf!

I always look at the pre-order items to plan purchases. It's nice to be able to order items I'm interested in that will be released at a future date. While I try to avoid it; I've been able to order items at are currently in stock along with my pre-order items. I mainly do this to qualify for free shipping. The only reason I didn't give five stars is occasionally the release date will arrive and I find that the item I pre-ordered is out of stock. It would be nice to receive an email stating that they were unable to get enough product in the initial shipment to satisfy the orders received. In addition an estimate of when a product can be restocked would be really helpful.

I have been buying from them for quite a few years and always had a great experience. I once got a DVD set that had the wrong disc inside and after a days got a replacement no charge. I also feel that the communication in the last year has been exemplary. The emails explain exactly what is going on with shipping delays and out of stocks. I will be continuing to shop here for years to come. Keep up the great work!

This is my favorite place to shop. The prices are unbeatable. They somehow manage to add on special sales, too. If you order in bulk, you can easily save money with the Got Anime membership as well as receive perks. I can't recommend this site enough for manga collectors. The shipping does take some time in return for the incredible deals. The quickest I've had an item ship to me is seven days. Due to Covid, one of my items was delayed over a month, but have no fear; Rightstuf delivered it promptly upon receiving restocks of the item. If I were to add something to this website, it would be a small selection of Japanese manga in addition to the English manga. I imagine it is hard to financially sustain that idea, so I understand why Rightstuf may not wish to add it. The packaging from Rightstuf in my big orders has always protected my items well. Lastly, the customer service has been very generous and kind to me as a customer so I'm happy to assure they will be helpful in the situation that you must contact them.

great customer service, well packaged (never got a damaged item). I did wish that they allowed you to withhold on shipping a preorder until you reached a threshold of $75, to save on shipping.

I was looking for a place to buy manga from, and Right Stuf has solidified its spot as my go-to shop. Their everyday prices are already incredible, not to mention their insane sale prices, which cover an incredible array of current and complete manga. Their packaging is the best I have ever seen in anything, and I have never received a damaged book, which I can't say for places like Amazon who just throw a book in a bubble wrap sleeve and call it a day.. The one negative, which brings this review down to 4 stars, is the membership. The price has increased recently, and the discount has gone down from 10% to 5%. Not to mention the fact that the discount doesn't apply to items on sale, which is about 95% of my purchases. Overall though, I am extremely satisfied with Right Stuf and will continue shopping with them for the foreseeable future.
