We ordered the ratchet straps on November 28th for a Christmas gift. As of today, December 21st, the item is still being processed, and they cannot provide any estimated date it will be shipped. Unlike many companies, they do not process payment when the item ships, rather it was collected on November 28th. You’ll probably have better luck shopping elsewhere.

If i could give less than 1 i would. I ordered ratchet straps on tik tok shop nov 29th from them. Then told they were in back order til dec 16th. Still not shipped when dec 16th came. Call customer service. Was told theyre in stock now but my order was sent to Amazon , ( what the heck!) So I said it's for Christmas can i do expedite ship to me, was told dont do rush ship. The order still sits in limbo and nothing happens so finally I requested a refund from the order on tik tok shop . Still in review. This whole thing is ridiculous. Never ever will I order from this company again!!!!!

Don't buy from them. They lie to you and take your money and don't deliver. I ordered the stick for my Marine son. Got tracking info but no notice that it was delivered. Looked up tracking saw they said delivered a day early, no picture or proof, my daughter in law looked everywhere in apartment complex and could not find it. I have things delivered their all the time with no problem, they have delivery lockers. Emailed Rhino and got AI response. Called shipping company and they called the driver who did not answer them, said they would note my account. Emailed again and was told another would be shipped out and I would get tracking info soon...nothing. Called company and was told they were out of the stick but he would go look in warehouse, came back on phone said he found one and gave it to his warehouse manager with instructions it was to go to my son and verified shipping info. That was last Thursday. Still nothing. Now it's Tuesday and they won't respond to my emails except for the AI response. Not a reputable company.

Bought the 2" Adjustable Drop Hitch for my 2024 Tacoma. Tested it an found the Hitch fit the receiver on my truck perfectly. Well-machined and beefy. Adjustable as advertised. But when I went to lock the hitch pin at the receiver, I discovered that the pin was too short for the new Tacoma. Could not get the cap to lock. Emailed customer service and heard back same day (a Sunday) with questions, so very happy with the response time. But the answer was they have no locking hitch pin long enough for the 4th Gen Tacoma, so I paid for a Rhino pin that will not do the job and now have to buy another company's pin that will.

I experienced similar issue with their customer service. I submitted two separate claims, called a few times and never get a response back. Was very disappointed in how they have handled my concerns, I even tried sending the co-founder a LinkedIn message asking for help seeing everything else has failed as well! Update: Rhino USA email sent me four separate black emails yesterday from there support email, not sure why. I emailed as they requested but have not heard back as they referenced they would.

This product perfectly exudes everything deeply flawed with the maga movement. For starters-- The box shows a fierce Rhino image next to a box stating "Designed & Engineered in the USA", and then...of course, "Made in China". Toxic masculinity- check, stunted emotional development- check, empty bravado probably rooted in low testosterone and fear of female empowerment- check! The price was certainly right for this portable shovel/pick ax but the very limited instructions made it difficult to assemble, i.e. the instrucs state to turn the lock nut counterclockwise but its actually clockwise. And the design made it difficult to use as a shovel, so will use as a trowel for planting flowers in my garden.
