Regular ratchet straps, there great! The automatic return mounted. Not so! The webing material is thinner it will not take the abuse like a common ratchet strap. Mounting of ratchet strap lacks up and down at times you would pull across the housing, putting more stress on the rotational bolt. * these are better than Integeral in that the strap can be ordered 2" wide, BUT Integeral has the better mounting. *

Bought the 2" Adjustable Drop Hitch for my 2024 Tacoma. Tested it an found the Hitch fit the receiver on my truck perfectly. Well-machined and beefy. Adjustable as advertised. But when I went to lock the hitch pin at the receiver, I discovered that the pin was too short for the new Tacoma. Could not get the cap to lock. Emailed customer service and heard back same day (a Sunday) with questions, so very happy with the response time. But the answer was they have no locking hitch pin long enough for the 4th Gen Tacoma, so I paid for a Rhino pin that will not do the job and now have to buy another company's pin that will.

Update. They got back to me and honored the warranty. I guess you just gotta be patient. Still only giving three stars due to wait time and quality of product.Got the retractable straps. Worked maybe 5 times. One broke completely and won't retract. The other is about to do the same. They will contact you once when trying to use the warranty. Just too ask for a video. Then nothing can't get a hold of anyone. Please don't waste your time or money on this company. It's sad that a USA company has a worst product and customer service then a Chinese company.
