Handled warranty in matter of minutes

Ordered the drop Hitch on december 27TH from Rhino USA sb Rhino China. It's now February 10th. Have emailed several times and gotten robo replies. No idea how it was shipped can only use the tracking number through some Chinese site that says it was delivered but it never showed and they have no pictures or proof of delivery. DONT ORDER THROUGH THEM ITS A SCAM!.

Rhino USA has excellent customer service. The warranty submission was quick and painless. I messed up a tow strap after pulling someone out. They replaced and shipped it same day. Super fast and painless.

My retractable tie down doesn’t work and I couldn’t find my info for warranty and the person I was dealing with handled it

The q.6 inch ratchet straps are nice and wide to help from getting jammed up. And the self retractable straps are also fantastic.
