Due to only half came on September 1st by UPS and the other half is coming by USPS on September 10th why I don't know why it didn't come All at once by UPS

I ordered a hitch on Sunday. When I ordered it the website said I would receive it by Thursday. It’s Sunday a week later and I still haven’t received it but I did receive this link to review my purchase. The only thing that kept me from giving this review one star was rhino USA answers their customer service calls and already sent me a FedEx label to return the hitch when it arrives (I had to buy a hitch from a different company).

The combination shovel/entrenchment/pick tool I bought is so cheaply made and lightweight that I think sand is about the toughest thing you’d better use it on.

This product perfectly exudes everything deeply flawed with the maga movement. For starters-- The box shows a fierce Rhino image next to a box stating "Designed & Engineered in the USA", and then...of course, "Made in China". Toxic masculinity- check, stunted emotional development- check, empty bravado probably rooted in low testosterone and fear of female empowerment- check! The price was certainly right for this portable shovel/pick ax but the very limited instructions made it difficult to assemble, i.e. the instrucs state to turn the lock nut counterclockwise but its actually clockwise. And the design made it difficult to use as a shovel, so will use as a trowel for planting flowers in my garden.

Overpriced and overhyped. Tried to give them a second chance and woke up to finding out they just randomly cancelled my order that I was expecting to be delivered today. No email. Nothing. Only happened to to see the refund on my CC. Also their website is awful. No “my accounts” or anything to check order status or tracking. Don’t delete your email, bc it’s the only proof you will have.

I received a pair of Rhino USA ratcheting transom tie downs. They have been in the water maybe 3 times since I got them. Went fishing last weekend and one of wouldn’t retract and the other one seemed to have a weak spring. Contacted them decent conversation at first then not so good. You have to jump through hoops to get anything replaced. Sent the video and then they wanted another video of how both weren’t working properly. In my opinion too much BS to go to just to get a replacement set. I’ve got other products from them but WON’T get any more Tim McGlade
