I still havent received my product. Shipping is ridiculously slow.

My experience so far has been good I’m I’m about to see if it get better with my fist life-warranty claim 🤙🏻🛻💨🤠

I only gave four stars because I haven’t used it yet. It seems like a nice product. I’ll have to use it to give a full review

Your product works as advertised. The problem is is the ratchet handle need to be larger. With big hands it's hard to grip and tighten the straps. I use the straps to haul my side by side. Thanks for wanting my opinion. Keith

Bought a ton of products at the Smoky Mountain Jeep Invasion. Have only had the opportunity to use the retractable ratchet straps and they are great. Used them to secure gear to cargo carrier worked great. Been using them at work all week to secure cargo in our trucks too. Only complaint I have is that it doesn’t come in a 15 or 20 foot option.

I bought the first set of retractable straps for my husband last Christmas. He liked them so much and was talking about wanting another set. I bought him a camo this time as a surprise. He was pleased.

Well constructed quality product. Easy to use. The bags that comes with straps not really of any use. I bought 4-2" straps and 4-1". Will purchase bag with handles to keep straps in. Used 2 of the 2" straps to secure my UTV to trailer. Looking forward to not having a knot of straps to untangle. A little pricey.

Outstanding products. Just make sure you order from the Rhino website if you have a discount code....it doesn't work on Amazon. Also, no militar veteran/first responders discounts that I saw. I would have given 5 stars if there was. Pat
