I ordered goods on the 30/12/24 and still haven't received the items yet. The tracking number is for another scam and says the goods have been delivered but nothing has arrived. Don't waste your time with this company.

I ordered 4 ratchet and only received 3. They did ship quickly and the 3 arrived quickly. I paid for 4 only 3 arrived I tried Chat, never got a human 0 Stars I tried email never got a reply, 0 Stars I tried calling, 3 times, Left 3 messages no reply 0 Stars I tried Facebook, no reply 0 Stars A week after the first strap arrived, an email arrived that they have shipped 1 more strap. I will never use rhinousainc.com again. I could have used Amazon to make the same purchase and skipped Rhino's lack of customer service. Rhino - Are you listening?

Order 5 sets of retractable straps and when they were order the website said they would ship within 3 days. 8 days later and nothing!! Nobody will answer your messages on their website and nobody answers their 1800 number. I will cancel my order if no response from customer service is given!! What a horrible company!!

Total Crooks. 2 orders never received either, said it was shipped, signed for at delivery. Total BS

Great products, I have the retractable cargo straps that work great, a solar shower that's pretty decent, and some other items such as tow straps, tree straps, and a kinetic tow strap that I have yet to use, but look to be very high quality. I can't say that I'm looking forward to using the straps, but in reality the security they provide is worth having them with me out on the trails.

Never received my product. It was shipped from China. They said it must have been stolen but I have a locked mailbox and package cubby that requires a key. Also, it was some strange tracking app. Terrible customer service when I asked them to send me another product. I would caution anyone from buying anything from this company.

In addition to the tire pressure gauge leaking air as you insert it into the tire valve stem it finally broke down after 3 long months 😂. Without even falling once to the ground.
