The self retracting ratchet straps are an excellent product! I load and u load my tractor and implement constantly, and these save my back as well as a tremendous amount of time. I had one quit retracting after 3 years and they shipped a new one out in just a few hours. Outstanding straps, and customer service that is Almost too good to be true.

I've been using their straps for years now, I have the 1" retractable straps and the 2" Etrack straps. By far the best straps I've ever owned, and they work flawlessly with just a little maintenance, cleaning and lubricating. I finally had a 1" retractable strap stop retracting, even though it was approximately 2yrs old and I didn't have my receipt or order number from when I purchased it, they warrantied it without question. Amazing company that stands behind their products.

Their warranty department is AWESOME!! I contacted them about a problem with a strap and they are replacing/shipping it the same day. No hoops to jump through or steps to try before they would replace. They are GREAT! Also, their ratchet straps are great too.

In charge of two Mobile Units (Large RV's.) Needed a reliable Tire inflation/gauge that can handle above 100 PSI. Purchased their Digital tire gauge in 2013 and it has been a daily work horse up until now. The hose going from the meter to the filler started leaking. Contacted their support asking where I can purchase a replacement hose and they are sending me a new one. At this day and age, its hard to find a company that would honor a lifetime warranty without jumping thru a million hoops of getting accused of misuse. Rhino processed the replacement, no questions asked. Will recommend this brand and company.
