Hi Adia, We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience surrounding your return and refund request. We understand your concern and would like to clarify the current status of the return. The item was returned directly without initiating the return through our official return portal or obtaining the appropriate return label. Although the package is showing as delivered, our warehouse has confirmed that the returned item was not received at our facility. As stated in our Return Policy, any refund will be processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected by our warehouse. In this case, since we have not received the item, we are unfortunately unable to process the requested refund at this time. We apologize again for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding regarding the return process. Sincerely, Residence Supply
