Check their refund and return policy first and make sure your item is correct. If you're uncertain - just buy from some where else and save yourself the headache of going through a return with them - they will find a way to rip you off.

As confirmed by our Warehouse Manager, the switches returned were wrapped in a single layer of bubble wrap, which unfortunately caused scratches and damage to the plates during transit.
