Maggie, the representative who took up my support ticket, was great to work with. I had expected to jump through a hoop or two in order to show the issue I had with a dimmer switch, but Maggie made sure to get things started on her end while I was gathering video evidence and helped make the process of having a replacement sent out to me as painless and swift as possible. She was great to work with, and definitely a primary reason I will continue doing business with Residence Supply.
