Hi Julien, We’d like to clarify that our customer service agents are not bots, our products are designed and manufactured by us, and the reviews about our company are from real customers. We also operate multiple warehouses across Asia, South America, and Europe, which is why some shipments may originate from overseas. Upon reviewing your case, our team has been actively responding and assisting you, and a return label has already been sent to your email. At this stage, the return can proceed as instructed by simply dropping off the item using the provided label. We understand there may have been confusion around logistics and fulfillment locations, but this is standard for companies with a global supply chain. We apologize that the lamp did not meet your expectations, and we have already taken the appropriate steps to facilitate your return. Sincerely, Residence Supply

Hi Thomas, We sincerely apologize for the confusion and frustration this caused. There was an unexpected error on our website that affected pricing and product listings, which resulted in some orders being impacted. As soon as this was identified, the issue was corrected right away. We reached out to customers whose orders were affected by the error and worked closely with those who wished to continue with their purchase to find the best possible resolution. Unfortunately, this issue was beyond our control, and we’re very sorry that your order was included during that time. We understand how disappointing this experience must have been, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding. Sincerely, Residence Supply

Hi Rebekah, Thank you so much for sharing your experience. We’re thrilled to hear your custom 3-gang light switch turned out beautifully for your bathroom remodel — there’s nothing better than seeing those finishing details elevate a space! We’re also really glad our team was able to step in quickly when that piece arrived broken. Renovations already come with enough moving parts, so making the replacement process smooth and stress-free is the least we can do. It means a lot to know the follow-ups and support made a difference for you. We truly appreciate your trust in us and are excited to be part of your continued home renovations. We’ll be here whenever you’re ready for the next phase. Sincerely, Residence Supply
