Hi Sunny, Thank you so much for this incredibly thoughtful review. We know how complex lighting plans can get, especially when returns are involved, so it truly means a lot to hear that you felt supported every step of the way. We’re especially grateful for your kind words about David. Going above and beyond — whether that’s helping secure a policy exception or joining a call with you and your electrician — is exactly the level of care we aim to provide. We’ll be sure to share your feedback with him. Responsive, thorough, and easy to work with is the experience we strive for, and we’re so glad that was yours. Thank you again for your trust and for choosing Residence Supply. Sincerely, Residence Supply

Hi Toby, Thank you so much for your kind words about our products and quality — that truly means a lot to us. We also sincerely apologize for the shipping delay. While we do everything we can to ensure orders are processed promptly, transit times are ultimately dependent on the courier, and unfortunately some delays are beyond our control. That said, we completely understand how frustrating that can feel, and we truly appreciate your patience. Thank you again for your support and for choosing Residence Supply. We’re glad our team was able to help you get the previous model to match your existing switches and make the exchange process smooth. Hi there, Thank you so much for this incredibly kind message — it truly means a lot to our entire team. We’re sorry to hear about the issue with the lamp cover, but we’re so glad we could step in quickly and get a replacement out to you. Things happen during installation, and the last thing we want is for that to take away from your excitement about the product. Hearing that you love our products and consider yourself forever loyal absolutely makes our day. That kind of support is something we never take for granted. We’re always here whenever you need us, and we can’t wait to be part of your future projects. Sincerely, Residence Supply
