Beautiful Light
Beautiful Light. Looks perfect in my stairwell. Quality is wonderful as well as the price point. The fixture arrived sooner than I had anticipated.

Extremely Disappointing Experience
I placed an order with Residence Supply on November 28, 2025, and heard nothing for months. Only after I followed up was I told that my order had been placed on hold due to a pricing error on their website and no one bothered to inform me. Apparently, items were listed incorrectly, and instead of honoring the price that was advertised and charged, they simply froze the order without communication. That is completely unprofessional. If a company makes a mistake on their website, that is their responsibility. Most businesses stand behind their pricing errors and honor them because reputable companies pay for their mistakes. The lack of transparency, communication, and accountability is unacceptable. Buyers should be aware that even after placing and paying for an order, it may not be fulfilled if the company later decides they mispriced something. Proceed with caution.
Response from Residence SupplyFeb 17, 2026
Hi there, We apologize for the experience you described. The pricing issue was caused by an unexpected error on our website, and it was not something we anticipated. While we work hard to prevent these situations, technical errors can occur from time to time, and we regret that your order was one of those affected. Once the discrepancy was identified, the impacted orders were placed on hold while the issue was reviewed. We understand that this was frustrating, and we apologize for the inconvenience and lack of earlier notification. Sincerely, Residence Supply

Customer service was very responsive.
Customer service was very responsive. The custom packaging was done very poorly. The Styrofoam broke on the corners and the custom inserts and the box was fairly beaten up by the time it arrived.
Response from Residence SupplyFeb 12, 2026
Hi Karen, Thank you so much for sharing your feedback. We’re really glad to hear that you found our customer service responsive — that truly means a lot to us. We’re sorry to hear about the condition of the packaging upon arrival. We always ship our boxes in pristine condition; however, once the package has been handed over to the courier, handling is unfortunately outside of our control. We completely understand how disappointing it can be to receive a box that looks beaten up, even if the product inside is intact. If there was any damage to the item itself, please don’t hesitate to reach out so we can assist you right away. Sincerely, Residence Supply

Unbelievably terrible
I cannot impress upon you enough how terrible they are. Months of delay. Tiles all the wrong size and each needed to be cut individually. Also mismatched colors and chips. I have ordered twice hoping the first time was a fluke but each time was just as bad. also when they ask for a review, they ask if it's positive or negative. If you click negative it goes to a different site to leave the review.
Response from Residence SupplyFeb 11, 2026
Hi Dawer, We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and sincerely apologize for the frustration this has caused. The issues you described with sizing, color mismatches, and chips are not the standard we aim to deliver. We would really appreciate the opportunity to review this properly. Please send photos of the items you received to [email protected] so our team can assess the situation in detail. We genuinely want to make things right for you and explore the options available to resolve this. We have not heard back from you regarding the items received, and we’ll be waiting for your email so we can move forward and provide the best possible solution. Sincerely, Residence Supply

The product and customer service are…
The product and customer service are excellent. The only reason I took a star off is you have to wait quite a while to receive your product. From order to delivery can take well over a month. However, customer service is very responsive and keeps you updated, and the product is terrific. We have several switches in our house.
Response from Residence SupplyFeb 5, 2026
Hi Alex, Thank you so much for your thoughtful and honest review! We’re thrilled to hear that you’re happy with both the product quality and our customer service, and that our switches have found a place throughout your home. We truly appreciate your understanding regarding the delivery timeline and are glad our team was able to keep you informed along the way. Your feedback means a lot to us and helps us continue improving. Sincerely, Residence Supply

The company will only refund a portion of your money. You can not actually return a product for a full refund. I bought a lamp and the product was of bad quality and arrived without the proper wiring to install. Be very careful.
Response from Residence SupplyFeb 3, 2026
Hi Kate, We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you sharing your concerns. As outlined in our Return Policy, returns that are not due to a confirmed manufacturing defect are subject to a restocking fee of up to 35%. This fee covers inspection, processing, repackaging, and restocking, and the final amount depends on the condition of the item once it is received back at our warehouse. If an item arrives with missing parts or incomplete components needed for installation, we do not require a return for that reason alone. In those cases, we are more than happy to send the missing parts so the product can be installed and used as intended. Sincerely, Residence Supply
