One of the worst companies I've ever have had to deal with. They've missed over 60, yes SIXTY pick-ups!

I LOVE THE WAY THE TRASH TRUCK DRIVER LOOKED AT ME,....AND DROVE OFF.....I MISSED MY PICK UP BY A FEW SECONDS,..... I WILL GIVE YOU GUYS 5 STARS,....ITS BETTER TO HAVE A GUY LIKE THAT DRIVING A TRASH TRUCK ,....THAN ON STREETS ROBBING PEOPLE.......5 STARS ALL THE WAY.

Every week Republic picks up trash for 1 neighbor in our neighborhood. That same neighbor works for Republic . Every week there is trash left in the road or in mine or the neighbor's yard. Neither the individuals picking up the trash or the neighbor will pick up the loose trash. The neighbor actually works for Republic. Pigs working for pigs.

Customer service is a fricken joke!!! And IF by chance you do get thru after 45 minutes on hold, they are not helpful but very rude. I was calling about another rate increase they just did. I told her seems like every other bill there is an increase. She said, rather snotty like, "everything is going up"!!! I told them maybe I will just have to look for another company to use then and she said ok go ahead. SO I DID!!! People...support your local businesses if you like being treated as a human being. These large corporations don't care at all about the service and reputation they are providing, just the almighty dollar.

I work with Alonso Pina, Account Manager, at Republic Services. Alonso is the Account Manager for our VVCA trash service. I was ready to pull our contract until we were given Alonso as our rep. He is responsive, keeps his promises and our service has improved ten-fold since he has been overseeing our account. Hats off to Alonso Pina!! Republic Services is lucky to have you on their team.

Horrible customer service,they charge 100 dollars to drop off cans when you start service with them,don't miss a pickup because they won't schedule a pickup on an off day,make sure you pay the bill they charge 35 dollars start up fee after they shut you off,worst company ever

I have a small business in North Texas (five years now) with no choice for trash removal service. I have a locked container to eliminate overage charges caused by illegal dumpers. Last week without notice Republic changed out my container taking my lock with them. I have contacted CS two times this week being told that the operations manager would call, NOT!! There has been a few times in the last five years they tried to charge overage fees and the pics they provide as proof (you have to call and ask for proof) have never been my container. I shouldn't need to babysit them, there has been weeks they did not empty my container for whatever reason and I am still charged for service.... if ever there is another trash service company for recurring business pickup in my area, I would consider paying double... this is how much I loathe Republic...I predict another copied and paste reply as they do with all their responses.

Easily the worst, most frustrating customer service experience in my short 65 years of life. This company breaks their contract obligations to you, and then bills you for their failure. No negotiation, no recourse other than legal action. It is no wonder their 43-year-old CEO, JON VANDER ARK is banging down close to $10 million per year.
