For starters Republic been slowly raising quarterly service rates It was on autopay to $580.00 per quarter switched to competitor Indiana waste and it is now $110.00 per quarter. I want to get rid of their dumpster and they are charging me over $1000,00 in liquidated damages, and have still not told me pickup charge. Kristen Williams lied to me about the contract and told me it was monthly with a 3 year rate lock they are a horrible company bought out by private Equity their CEO makes almost $15m per year off the backs of normal people

I have multiple cans and one can has not been picked up in 6 weeks. I have pictures of my trash in bags with the lids fully closed. I have videos of the employee taking one and missing the next one to go to another. I simply can't even report the missing trash pick up because customer service is a nightmare! The bill is always paid. Never even had a past due bill. This is absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous! If I could give zero stars I would. The people on the phone are rude! The phone was answered with hello. Is that how a company phone is answered? Are they at home? Must be can't get answered in a reasonable time!

Have been a client for over 8 years One of our buildings new tenent requested that the existing services through Republic to be cancelled during the lenght of their lease, they wanted to use their own waste company. During the past 8 years I took countless survey's praising Republic's customer service. When we ordering new or requested our dumpsters to be emptied I recieved a prompt response, but when I called to cancel the service, it was crickets.... no call back, no follow up email regarding the cancellation.. nothing, zero, zip. So after 5 business days I called, only to be told the dumpsters were scheduled to be picked up 16 days from the date I called even though during the addition call I asked for them to be removed asap. I wasn't given their removal date until I called again, my 3rd call, a lovely person by the name of Brianna help, we moved up the date to the 26th. I think it is funny when I ordered new services I heard from RS within hours.... but when we needed to cancel we heard absoluately nothing..

What a horrible company. Just because I canceled and went with someone else they charged me almost 200.00 to pick up my carts. This wasn’t even in the contract. They told me they would come after me with a collections company to get their money. So you just made this number up in thin air for retribution for those who cancel on you. What a crooked crooked company I hope you will go belly up and by looking at your reviews you will.

i have been a customer for 3+ years. I am closed my account and was charged a pick up fee of $72. I had closing my account because they kept raising my rates without explanation and I had to keep keep calling them every quarter to get it lowered. I found a new company that is saving me over $100 a quarter. They are not a good company and do not treat their customers fairly.

If there was a 0 star option, I would put it. The CSR's are offshored people who come up with fake names, so I can't even bother to have them held accountable. Not like Republic Services would care to anyway. I work as a waste services broker, and this is the one vendor that really gets on my nerves. I have other tickets I need to work on, and I find myself working on other tickets whenever I'm on a call with them because they take that long. I can probably finish 1-3 tickets by the time the call ends. All the CSRs are confused and don't know what they're doing. Ever since they outsourced, their customer care has drastically declined. They never take accountability for missed pickups. We had a miss pick up because of lack of scheduling on THEIR part. Their response? "Oh don't worry, you'll get the pick up next week" That's already their next regular service day. They're basically saying, "We're just gonna ignore the missed pickup. You'll get it next week." Too many issues with them.

Just canceled service as they charge for 3 months the same amount as another local service charges for a whole year. Then they have the audacity to charge a cancellation fee. What a joke. Rip off overcharging incompetent greedy group of folks.

Absolute trash company. The irony
