This company is unreliable and most negligent regarding missed pickups. I'm in a condo complex with 2 entrances, a north and south off Bellaire Drive. Each entrance has 2 dumpsters so, 4 total for the whole complex. Invariably they will miss the north entrance and this happens a bit too much. I call out the management for not emphasizing to their drivers making them aware to NOT MISS PICKUPS.

I can honestly say that I never had any issues with my pick up, always on time and never missed a pick up and would come back out to pick up when I forgot to put my can out. I just received my bill and, shame on me for not paying attention to what I was being charged, because I was on autopay, but my bill for 3 months was $242.00. I called another 5 star reviewed company and will be saving $111/quarterly. This is the clincher that has me annoyed, a $100 fee to pick up the cans. Absolutely crazy!!

UPDATE: SO THEY MISSED 2 MORE PICKUPS AFTER THAT BUT FINALLY DID COME AND EMPTY IT......I'm going to leave a 3 star as this company is normally pretty good about picking up and what not except for this week. I noticed monday my trash was not picked up. I decided to wait because what are the odds my trash won't be picked up on Thursday ( I get pickup 2 days a week). I come home today at almost 5 and realize to my surprise I wasn't picked up again. I call and ask why it wasn't and let her know it hasn't been picked up all week. The representative informed me they have until 6 but if I would've called before 4 I could've got next day service. That doesnt make sense, I informed her that everyone on my street except me was picked up all week. So now I'm informed I have to wait until monday...which in fact is my normal pickup day. I asked if it could be the fact I had a can from the previous company they took over for but was told that would have nothing to do with it and no explanation as to why I wasn't picked up but just wait until Monday. I ask what am I suppose to do with my trash? No answer and they will NOT take trash that is not in the can. Dissatisfied to say the least
