There are some good hard workers at Republic services and then there are some that just do the bare minimum to get their paycheck I hope we have a better trash service in the future so we don't have to deal with this company anymore sometimes they really let us down 😵‍💫 they also have a door service that's supposedly helps seniors and disabled people but that has been a real frustrating disappointing service I just had surgery and I'm disabled and I needed extra help and that was a FLOP a huge hollow promise I don't even know why they offer the door service if the workers aren't going to do the work to help with the trash cans then one of the managers of the St Louis South County area literally was telling me what I wanted to hear but not delivering the service 😵‍💫 I called so much the last time I called she didn't answer and I called from a different number and she answered right away I really wish I had a number to go over her head but I almost think there's very few people that care at this company 😵‍💫

I was charged $5.08 on July 7 which I paid immediately. Then I looked at my account and realized I paid my account in full on July 1st. Evidently this was a service charge for a late payment. Since I am in France for the summer, I went online to see if I could resolve this. Their chat customer service was useless, and there was no customer service e-mail, only a phone number. With the 9 hour time difference I had to wait until 11 pm to take care of this. I spoke to someone at a call center. He was able to adjust the $5.08 as a courtesy, however he was not able to help me change my billing cycle so this wouldn't occur again (I pay all my bills religiously on the first, but this billing cycle ended on June 30). His solution was for me to go to automatic monthly payments, which I refused to do. Now mind you I am paying 25cents a minute to handle all of this from France. I called again and the call person was able to transfer me to someone in the USA to deal with my billing question. After a lot of back and forth I realized that I never received ethe quarterly e-mail invoice they normally send. I save all my e-mail invoices, and this invoice was not in my trash either. We verified all my settings in my profile so now it should be correct, but she told me that they are not responsible if I don't get the electronic invoice, and that I should check my online account, WHICH I DID ON THE FIRST OF JULY but the payment was one day late. I have perfect credit, so this late payment was really upsetting to me. So the Catch 22 is that they are not responsible if you don't get an electronic invoice, but they encourage you not to get paper invoices. Their whole customer service experience was horrible with AI just wasting a bunch of your time.

It used to be that when they came to pick up the garbage, they were fairly good if a garbage can was too close to car or not exactly where they could grab it. They would get out and move it over a couple inches now they just go on by and ignore it, but they do take the time to get out of their truck and take a picture. It’s too hard to move the garbage can but taking a picture is very easy that just gives me a chance to cover their butts because I didn’t want to pick up the garbage can or didn’t wanna move it and they also report things like overfilled if the lid isn’t completely shut which just again covers their butt the drivers literally are the worst. They drive ridiculously fast down our street. They speed from house to house as quick as they can slam it on their brakes they just simply don’t care about a customer anymore.

I have called multiple times about missed yard waste collection. The answers I received were good. They apologized and said they would reschedule. It never happens though. Now it is my recycling. The same problem. I think they need to give the people in Palm Bay a discount for poor performance. I would like to talk to management. I leave my number, they never call back. They want to charge me more for a second recycling can. If they would pick it up, I would not need a second one. I want to start a movement to get a new garbage company that can handle the service and the growth of the community and management you can talk to. I'm tired of false promises. They are the worst I ever experienced. Every week there are different problems. If not yard waste, it's recycling or regular trash pickup. It's a good thing I am retired so I can call every week. I'm sick of it. I didn't get paid if I did not perform. Time for a new company to take over from Republic!

We live Clay Township Montgomery County Ohio and our recycling has not been picked up for the last two months. Our regular trash has been up every week.

POOR CUSTOMER LOYALTY! I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR OVER 14 YEARS YET THEY DECIDED TO PASS ON A RATE HIKE WITH NO ADVANCE NOTICE! I ASKED FOR A LOYALTY DISCOUNT YEP THEY WOULD ONLY OFFER 10% OFF THE NEW RATE! IN ADDITION THEY WANT $35.00 FOR RETURNING THE BINS!! PLEASE $35.00 is probably what they pay for a new bin!
