Republic Services skipped our street one week last month but I called and a truck came back next morning. Other than that the bins get emptied on time and the driver pulls them up to the curb for us.

Republic recently took over for our small local garbage service. We live rurally in the mountains and it is amazing that we get curbside pick up. Recently we had snow that prevented the truck from getting to use on our scheduled day. It was true of several areas and several days. When they were finally able to do the pick up they allowed us to put out all the "extra" garbage in black trash bags for pick-up. Thanks.

I'm happy with Republic Services since they took over our waste management. The difference in service quality is very good. The pickups are consistently on schedule, and I've received timely notifications for any changes, which was rarely the case with our previous provider. Their efficiency and reliability have made a noticeable improvement in our household's routine, proving to be a significantly better experience overall.
