DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY. They have taken £700 from my account, have not given me a car and have refused to refund me. They do not allow you to speak to managers and will not find solutions to problems there policy has created. I paid, I do not have the goods, it’s theft. And it will be taken further. DO NOT USE.

200 EUR cancellation fee without being specified on the rental contract. They also mistakenly forgot about the refund of the child seat.

We booked and paid for a car in Malta. Our flight got delayed so I called customer service and was assured they would make sure to contact rental company and inform them about the delay. When we got to rental counter they told us that they rented the car out to someone else and that they hadn't heard from Rentalcars at all, no calls, messages or e-mails. I tried calling them again from the counter asking why they didn't notify the car provider, after hanging up on me twice, mid-call, and spending more than an hour trying to get some help, they gave us the option to cancel the rental and lose most of our money or make a written complaint. We chose the latter and they replied by telling us that we hadn't called customer service at all and were a no-show, so we'd lose ALL our money. I provided them with phone records, but they simply ignored it. I can't fathom how this is legal in any shape or form. They took $400 out of our pocket and ran with it. Disgraceful!

A pointless, vacuous service. Bookings are frequently rejected by car hire providers, availability is inaccurate and prices are not honoured. This site simply sends a request and takes a cut for themselves. There are no reasons to use this site whatsoever.

We had a reservation but because of a serious accident we could not get the car on time. We called the customer service and an employ told us he had managed give us the total refund minus 3 days of rental. But we never heard anything from them nor we received the refund. We called again and every time we were told a different story and given adv ices but we never got any mail back to confirm that a dialogue was going on, so it was like beginning from start everytime. We were promised a refund, not is written on rental cars note. we were told to write via the manage booking website but we never got a confirmation from them. When we try to go there again they ask for a pinched we never received on the mail. This is impossible to deal with.

This is a scam company, stay away at all costs. Booked a car with them and had problems with the debit card I used for the booking. I opened an enquire on the incident but they make it impossible to follow up with them through the website. Company should not be allowed to operate, I will follow up with the Ombudsman on this case.
