Hat Anbieter gelistet, die Scam betreiben und zieht sich dann aus der Affäre. Das Unternehmen sollte aus dem Verkehr gezogen werden!

Rentalcars.com may be cost effective but their service levels are appalling. If anything goes wrong, such as non-deliver of a vehicle it is a nightmare to get them to do anything in compensation. There systems are dreadful and appear to be deliberately difficult to put complaints off.

Zéro étoile. Rentalcars me confirme la location d'une Renault espace, nous sommes 6 personnes à voyager en Sicile. À notre arrivée, on nous fournit une voiture pour 5 passagers. Nous sommes contraints de louer un van 8 places qui nous coûte 450 € en plus. Le premier contrat devient caduc et on nous oblige à prendre une assurance de 320 € (au lieu des 120 € prévus initialement. Aucun remboursement, aucun dialogue... Rentalcars = voleurs, c'est honteux !

I signed up to get a rental car at the Airport where I am from. Signed all paperwork on line. My neighbor drove mee to the airport and when I went in to get the car I picked out was told, no cars were available. There was no one at the counter. Next door to the rental I was to get They said they would help me. Confirmed no rental car. The insurance I took out was paid separately but through this company. Did not hear anything on refund til Jan -14-2026 They wanted ENS number which I filled all that out the day after not receiveing the car . Had to go to my bank and located the rental Agency for the insurance as it is not told on email.Will never use them people again.

From the very moment we entered Eurocar’s office in Copenhagen Airport, things started to go wrong- Denmark has made it law for cars to use appropriate tyres for the season- ice and snow was expected during December and January and winter tires had to be used. I was given a car with summer tyres, making the car “not roadworthy “. I was charged a further for 1,000 to get appropriate tyres. When contacting Rentalcars.com they informed me that they could not help me and that i should have contacted them while collecting the car after my 24 hours flight. I would think the appropriate action here would have been to refund the over charged amount and make sure the business agreement between Rentalcars.com and Europear is clear and user friendly for the customers When finally given a car it was covered in mud and another car then had to be processed How can you agree to rent a car out in December and January and not expect to include winter tyres ( I am still waiting for my refund) A very disappointing start to my holiday

Downloaded the app booked a different car as told and still couldn't book after putting in verification code - going to book with someone else

Auch der eine Stern ist noch zu viel. Im November 2024 für den Sommer 2025 gebucht und kurz vor Anmietung kostenfrei storniert. Nach entlichen Telefonaten und Einreichung von Unterlagen rennen wir nun seit 8 Wochen dem Geld hinterher. Ständig kommt die Ausrede, das Geld ist noch nicht freigegeben, es ist freigegeben, es dauert noch 14 Tage. Der Anschiss lauert überall. Dann wieder bei den guten alten und teureren Mietwagenfirmen buchen und sicher sein, das alles klappt. Schämt euch!!!!

Beställde ingen självriskeliminering på plats. Hade gjort det vid bokning. De drog ändå 345 euro på mitt kreditkort. De tankade för 85 euro trots att bilen hade mer bensin i tanken när jag lämnade bilen än när jag hämtade den. Riktigt scam företag. Hur ALDRIG av Rentalcars eller AVIS.
