Hi Wil, Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us. We are so happy you took the time to leave this lovely review. It is wonderful to hear that you are enjoying the workouts and finding them easy to follow, especially as a beginner. Clear guidance and supportive instruction are so important when you are just starting out, and we are truly glad they are helping you feel confident and comfortable. We also completely understand how hard it can be to fit in longer sessions, so knowing that the 20 minute workouts are working beautifully for you makes us so happy. Pilates should feel achievable and uplifting, not overwhelming. Thank you again for being part of our community. We are so excited to be part of your Pilates journey and cannot wait to support you every step of the way. Warm Regards, Reformly Customer Support

Hi Thandi, We’re genuinely sorry to hear that you’ve felt disappointed or concerned about your experience. We completely understand how frustrating it can be when a delivery doesn’t arrive exactly when expected. Our team responds to all enquiries within 24 hours and works through messages in the order they’re received. We don’t operate 24 hours a day, particularly over weekends, but please know that no message is ignored. Your order has been shipped and is moving through the courier network. Occasionally, tracking updates can appear delayed due to scanning pauses, but this does not mean the parcel is not in transit. We’ve also reached out directly to provide support and ensure this is resolved as smoothly as possible. Our goal is always to communicate clearly and assist every customer fairly and professionally. If you’re open to it, we’d truly appreciate the opportunity to resolve this fully with you.

Thank you for your feedback, Joan, and I’m truly sorry for the frustration this experience has caused you. We completely understand how disappointing it must be to wait months for a simple pair of socks and receive nothing but friendly messages, apologies, and heart emojis instead of an actual solution. Rest assured, we take your concerns very seriously, we’ll continue reviewing the situation while asking you to kindly remain patient for an unspecified amount of time. As for the refund request, we appreciate your persistence and admire your commitment to following up. Thank you for helping us improve our world-class customer service experience. 💜
