Great customer support
Great customer support. I had Trouble getting set up in the Transition of the new App launch. Jeianna was very helpful and Patient and helped me get set up on the new app. Thank you so much for all of your support and I am excited to for the new app to help me on my journey

Great Product - Better Customer Experience
There are two parts to this review. The first, is the Reformly Board and Mat and the second is a review of the App and Account Creation Process. Reformly Board and Mat: These were honestly the best part of the experience. The quality of both is much better than expected and my wife loves them and has already put 14 days into her workouts. App and Account Creation Process: While I originally had a poor experience with getting signed into the app, the Reformly Customer Support Team did an amazing job of communicating with me and fixing my issue and now I'm all signed in! I was pleasantly surprised by how responsive the support team was and my issue was resolved efficiently.

Happy so far…
The items I ordered came in two packages, one shipped quickly and contained the reformer board and its accessories. I am pleased with how easy it is set up then put away. and I am still waiting on delivery of the second shipment. Giving it four stars for the delayed delivery, I am happy with the board itself. Just an FYI, the timer does not come with a battery, which is to be expected with different shipping rules and regulations. If you want to be able to use the timer as soon as the board arrives, order a few LR1130 batteries ahead of time.

Really great customer service
Really great customer service, swift with replies to any queries I have had. The app and programs available even without a paid subscription are fantastic making it accessible to those of us with not much spare cash. Have done the 28 day challenge twice and now look forward to trying the new 60 day challenge now the new app is live

Scam
My first review was deleted so I'm trying again. You billed me for £90 every 8 days on some kind of mystical subscription that is not mentioned anywhere on your website or the cart. Actual scam. Secondly, the delivery date keeps extending.

Great Outcome
Recently delt with Marge in regards to the replacement of the resistance bands that came with my board - all because my Puppies decided to play tug of war and destroyed them! She was a pleasure to deal with and had a good laugh with me along the way. Very efficient correspondence and the replacements are currently enroute to me... and I'll keep these ones away from my naughty pups ;)
