The trial period simply gives you the opportunity to explore our full Premium workout library and additional features. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won’t be charged, and you’ll still retain access to the free workouts included with your purchase. In terms of the app, I want to reassure you that the onboarding process may ask for payment details, but this is only to activate the account and you are not required to continue with any paid subscription. We completely understand how frustrating it can be when a delivery doesn’t arrive exactly when expected. Our team responds to all enquiries within 24 hours and works through messages in the order they’re received. We don’t operate 24 hours a day, particularly over weekends, but please know that no message is ignored. Your order has been shipped and is moving through the courier network. Occasionally, tracking updates can appear delayed due to scanning pauses, but this does not mean the parcel is not in transit.
