I placed the order and with 10 min tried to cancel it. Hours later I was told it was too late because it has been sent to pharmacy already, even though I asked to cancel it within minuets of placement. Before Dr approval. It’s now been days and it hasn’t even shipped. Seemed like more than enough time to cancel and order.

Prompt services through email text and mail. I filled out my order for Tirzepitide on a Sat night. I received an email later that evening from the doctor telling me my medication was prescribed and sent to the pharmacy. I received my order that Wednesday with instructions and also received emails through the online app with all the instructions and who to contact with any additional questions The process was so simple. I haven’t started the medication yet because I am still finishing what I have of my.Zepbound. This company has saved me a ton of money. I was paying $515 a month I have spent almost $3000 and now I will be paying the locked in rate of 189 per month. This place is a true blessing. I could no longer afford those prices and would have to go off of the medication if I did not find this company and the reviews they had were excellent. I did my research with all the other companies and I found this one worked the best for me.

Two orders were created; I don’t know whose fault it was. I only wanted the one order where I got the Reddit discount. I have tried to bring this to Support, but they just said they sent my orders to the pharmacy. After that they acted like I was a troublemaker. Now I’m trying to cancel my subscription and I can’t find how to do it on the website. I have sent an email and a message on chat. Support continues ignore me. Needless to say, I am not happy.

This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. Your website clearly outlines your refund policy. I cancelled within the required timeframe — before the package was ever handed over to the carrier, exactly as your policy states. Despite this, days after my cancellation, I received an email stating that the order was being processed by the pharmacy. From the very beginning, I was clear that I am currently on Zepbound and that I did not want to switch medications or mix treatments. You advertise branded medication, including Zepbound (your site indicates it is in stock). Despite this, your physician prescribed a compounded medication that is not FDA approved — something I explicitly did not consent to and would never agree to take. When I requested a refund after this improper prescription, I was told that a refund could not be issued because the order had already shipped. That directly contradicts the timeline of events, my documented cancellation, and your own refund policy. To make matters even more confusing, days later I was then told there was a delay in shipment. This situation reflects poor communication, questionable medical decision-making, and a failure to honor your own written refund terms. I have had to escalate the issue with external services to get my money back. Update to the reply I received: I have sent an email to the advised website with screenshots of the issues, timelines and the policy violation. I communicated and cancelled well before (and with in 30 minutes of the decision of a non-FDA approved version) shipment and it was still mailed to me - it is just trash now. Anyone trying this out, don't follow my mistake of using this company if you are looking for a FDA approved (Zepbound or Wegovy) version.

Very happy with the service. Price / flexibility really best option for this medication.
