** Edit: after waiting almost 2 weeks for my medication that was promised to me in 48-72 hours I got it and it expired on 11/15/2025. I have sent a message to customer service and I will update once they respond. At this point I would give zero stars if I could. I would also like to add that a lot of the five stars have no actual review and are from companies like Starkey and Walgreens. Make sure you read the REAL reviews by people who have actually purchased from refills. It’s been almost 2 weeks and I still do not have the order I was told would be to me in 48-72 hours. I tried multiple times to get help from customer service with no avail. I wish I would have taken the negative reviews more seriously but I couldn’t resist their latest sale. I am very unhappy and wish I would have gone with another company.

Thank you for sharing this, and we’re truly sorry for the frustration and concern you’re experiencing. We understand how upsetting it is to wait longer than expected and then have questions about the medication you received, especially after trying multiple times to get support. This is not the experience we want for our customers. Please contact [email protected] so our team can review the order details, including the expiration concern, and assist you directly.
