I always order the Bonsai burger - it has always been my birthday treat to go to Red Robin with friends for my birthday - it used to be yummy. But, the burger was tasteless and flat with a mushy texture. I do not like the new soft brioche buns at all - they just add to the icky soft texture of everything. Just go back to what works - a good robust hamburger on a good solid robust bun. I will NOT be going back to Red Robin - there are better burgers elsewhere now. So sad :( But on a positive note, the service was good and the environment pleasant.

Their burgers just aren't that great I can get a better hamburger at Burger King for 1/3 of the price. Okay they have bottomless fries I got the garlic bottomless fries I didn't taste any garlic. They are so overpriced their burgers used to be super good but now they're below average. That's just my opinion but I just left there and I would have rather ate at Burger King. And a burger king I don't have to leave a tip. Cuz their service isn't that great either.

As we were exiting Red Robin my daughter saw some people eating Red Robin cookies. She asked our waitress for one. We asked it for it to go. Once we got to our car my daughter pulled the cookie and it was very cold. Like just out of the refrigerator/feezer. My daughter stared eating it before I asked her how it was and she mentioned it was cold. So I went inside and asked if they could give me a warm Cookie. I had to listen to the explanation of how Red Robin sells their to go cookies cold so by the time I get home the cookie is warmed up three times. I explained that she wanted to eat the cookie in the car. I had to finally tell them that as a customer all I needed to leave satisfied was a warm cookie. They gave it me to but they made me go back to the car and get the quarter part eaten cookie and give it back to them. I thought that was really low and unncessary. We had just had dinner, a family of 6 adults and for one cookie Red Robin left a bitter taste in my experience.

For a brief moment, I was only there to pick up an order. There was a tall young lady and I asked her if my order was ready. She said not yet even though she didnt look or walk back to kitchen. I addressed her on that and said can you check please. Just then there were about 4 young people and they were giggling to her and asking her how tall she was and using there hands with their arms higher than theirs. She said her height and they all looked at her funny and mocked her. She just walked away and went to the other side and looked at me. I asked one of them to check and the bag was right there. I told them I love being tall and the girl had a funny smirk.... I thought how cruel they were acting yet all of them were much shorter than her and to be frankly it felt like a "locker room" in an high school.. The ridiculousness of this was the young man engaging in this infantile behavior. I thought why they all are standing around and doing nothing and why is this behavior even happening... How UNPROFFESSINAL is this! If this is just a brief take of the place I can only guess how it might be inside at a table. No good reviews here and management needs to train them how to behave around adults and maybe a restaurant job is not for the group who seemed to be stuck in grade school mind set. This was in Mesa at the Superstition Springs Road..

After getting my delivery from VanMall in Vanc, Wa., I was reminded of why I haven't visited this establishment in over 20 years. I asked for crispy fries - they were soggy, limp and cold. The hamburger had old onions, they didn't secure the salad dressing lid so it was all over the burger, which made it soggy. The salad had soggy croutons. The only good thing out of this order were the onion rings. I should have just gotten a Whopper and save myself $30.

I took my grandson Here for his birthday. For 5 of us cost was over 100.00 no drinks just water. Burgers were small fries were limp and cold and greasy. Never again, I won't be back.
