Never took insurance with this company at all , send me wrong policy Start date and end date , in cooing of period of time they refused to give me policy what ever ,deducted £234 out of premium money , day time robbery !

Due to Covid a fundamental change has been made to our contacts, we should not be made to pay for membership fees for an unusable service. But they are refusing to refund our waive fees.. Legal advice has been sort and a claim will be made

RCI is Absolutely a scam -- do not use them for any travel booking. I had a cruise trip planned during the Pandemic and they tried to force me into paying a re-booking fee PLUS an additional $350 deposit on a trip I had already put $400 down deposit on.... make it make it sense to me. After that , I looked online and found the exact same cruise trip with additional amenities like all inclusive alcohol packages, for way cheaper than RCI wanted to charge! When i brought it to their attention they lied to my face and said no more spots were available and blah blah blah. Bottom line, avoid RCI like the plague.

After my last review and RCI made it appeared they responded to my review and told me to forward the review to their website which I did. The question and problem up to now no response. The serious problem too when I login on their promotion answering the RCI email sent to me. The answer I got after I login on their website the immediate answer or message on their website said Oops. This means they blocked me and just to ensure I was blocked I login again and the response I got was the same. These types of business who are focused and directed to steal and cheat their customers are not supposed to let them continue to do business as usual. I just hope Federal Trade Commission will promptly act to penalized such companies who are more focused and directed to steal and cheat their customers like the PHH who were penalized by New Jersey Attorney General of $450 millions plus

We have been with Grandview, Vacation Village for fifteen years and religiously paid our fees without complaint. The fees were high, service was hit and miss but we used our points and enjoyed Grandview, We thought it was worth it. No more.... raised fees and removed the very benefits we thought made the service useable. We are in the midst of the Pandemic and tried talking to “them’. .Very disappointing and when you try to formally complain, their line is, “it’s only business”. Well your business practice sucks because it was a good thing but we are getting out.

We bought a discount holiday with the provision of sitting through an hour presentation. That presentation turned out to be 8 hours of sitting across a desk and being cajoled, persuaded and essentially blackmailed into buying a timeshare. We got no drinks or meal breaks and in the end just wanted out of there! At first it seemed it wasn't such a bad idea... Then the truth came clear, we were lied to and mislead about every singly point in the contract. It is a huge rip off. You get the ability to trade your week for trading credits, which they make it impossible to use. The holiday you choose has no availability, or there will be all these extra charges for that particular resort. Then after a year your deposited week expires and you lose your credits... The whole process is the biggest scam I've ever seen and I wish I wasn't stupid enough to fall for it!! Hopefully this review will help you avoid the same issue! Don't let them bully you! Just walk away!

Rip off. Don’t refund reservation fees for countries who has quarantine policy. Don’t deal with them

Very very aweful company. They have no heart or any compassion. In august 2020, I paid $350 to extend the deadline for using a vacation week. We managed to find a resort in October 2020 but that resort cancelled our vacation due to out of province covid travel restrictions. Today (feb 9, 2021), confirmed that I couldn’t travel to any resort or get back my time extension fee or extend it again (without paying another fee). They are very distrustful company that only care about $$$. Highly recommended to never use RCI.
