If I could give Diane more than five stars, I absolutely would! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I frequently speak with Diane, an RCI representative, when booking my extended stays as I navigate the transition of relocating from one state to another. Moving is already an incredibly stressful and financially demanding experience, and having someone like Diane in my corner has been an absolute blessing. Diane has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure my reservations are finalized, and I cannot express enough how much I appreciate her kindness, patience, and dedication. There have been occasions when financial limitations have required me to make reservations within less than the 48-hour booking window. At times, I have also encountered situations where the available inventory appears grayed out online, preventing me from completing a reservation on my own. Rather than simply telling me what I could not do, Diane has repeatedly taken the initiative to explore available options and assist me with completing my bookings. On more than one occasion, she has gone the extra mile by patiently waiting for the front office to open so she could speak directly with a manager and request the necessary override approval to help finalize my reservation. That level of dedication is rare, and it deserves to be recognized! What stands out most about Diane is not just her ability to assist with bookings, but the genuine care and determination she demonstrates throughout the process. She is patient, hardworking, understanding, and committed to making sure her customers feel heard and leave the call satisfied. She does not make me feel like an inconvenience when I need assistance. Instead, she approaches each situation with kindness and a willingness to help find a solution. During a time when I am managing the many financial, emotional, and logistical challenges that come with relocating, Diane has been a tremendous source of relief. I needed some help with my account and was so impressed with Grayson who was extremely knowledgeable and helped me enormously through the process online. It makes these type of things so much easier with a friendly person. Very many thanks to Grayson!!

I just took my wife and 2 kids for 2 months in South Africa using our RCI to stay at multiple resorts for multiple weeks and cannot rave about RCI loudly enough. The kids were doted on and we were treated like royalty each step of the way. Thanks RCI you made it so easy to book beautiful resorts at super low cost. Highly recommend.

I just booked a cruise with RCI cruises, a part of the timeshare. I got the best service. Addie Simpson, our cruise travel agent made sure that we got well located cabins, and was very dedicated to find and apply all of the on board credits. She had a really nice demeanour and was extremely knowledgeable about all things cruises. I have found my new cruise travel agent!!!!

Esperienza fantastica. Appartamento curatissimo negli arredi e nella pulizia. La signora gianna è una persona molto gentile e disponibile. I borghi silenti ci hanno incantato.una vera fuga dal caos e stress della città. Paesaggi verdi e ricchi di storia...ritorneremo al più presto possibile.

I opened a savings account last October after reading about it on the Martin Lewis website. I recently tried to pay in money from my linked account and was rather worried when it didn't appear, and then I saw all of these bad reviews! It then appeared back in my linked account 2 working days later. I contacted customer support this morning to find out what had happened and waited on hold for around 15 mins. I was then put through and I have to say the support I received was excellent. She told me where I had gone wrong and then stayed online to talked me through the process, which worked perfectly. I asked her about the reviews and she said that since the Martin Lewis show last year they had been swamped with calls and other emails etc and this had affected their service. She said that now things had settled down the service should return to normal. I felt very reassured and thought I would share my experience.

Soy miembro de RCI desde 1994, en aquella fecha compre la semana numero 30 en el complejo Solneu de Baqueira Beret, a traves de la red de Intercambios he viajado cada año a un, dos ó tres lugares, como intercambio y semana extra. El tema es muy claro, si se compro una semana en temporada alta, y se pago lo que valia ello te posibilita a efectuar buenos intercambios, los que estan descontentos es porque adquirieron una semana de bajo coste, en temporada baja, y ello no puede permitir las mismas posibilidades que los que pagamos una cantidad respetable en el año 1994. Florida, Canada, toda Europa... han sido mis intercambios, pero para eso pague 1.400.000 pesetas en el año 1994, que he recuperado por el triple de valor invertido, es asi de claro.
