This company is a scam
This company is a scam; I’ve been chasing them for 18 months. They never answer calls or return them, they don’t reply to emails, and they have no offices—they aren't even listed in the directory of the building where they claim to be located. I haven't received any proof that they’ve actually done anything with my case. I highly doubt the success stories I’ve seen; I wouldn't be surprised if they wrote them themselves. All of us who have been affected—and judging by the comments I’ve read, there are many of us—should join forces to sue these scammers.
Response from Lonestar TransferOct 1, 2026
This reviewer is not a LoneStar Transfer client. We have reviewed our client records and confirmed that the claimed 18-month client relationship and case described in this review are NOT with our company. We also searched our records for any prospect inquiry or other interaction matching these claims and found none. We requested identifying information through Trustpilot, but the reviewer did not respond or provide documentation supporting the claimed experience. Whether this review concerns another company or experience elsewhere, it does not describe a client experience with Lone Star Transfer. We disputed these allegations and have formally appealed to Trustpilot for further investigation and removal. We take genuine customer concerns seriously. However, readers should not mistake this post for an account from someone who hired our company. We ask the reviewer to check the company named on their agreement and correct or remove this review.
